Step By Step To Make Paper Mould

STEP 1

Draw a shape of flour sifter on a piece of paper.
Take a pieces of hardware cloth into the paper to mark it with marker.
Cut the hardware cloth according to the drawing.

STEP 2

Put the double side tape inside around the flour sifter.

Put the round hardware cloth to inside the flour and tape it with cell tape.

Then, staple it from outside of the flour sifter.

Inside the flour sifter is tape with double side tape.

STEP 3

Take another flour sifter as the deckle and cut its net.

Now, the simple paper mould is ready.

Other ways

You can also put the hardware cloth outside the flour sifter.
No need to staple it but just tape it with electrical tape.

This type of paper mould is easy to use and can finish in 20 minutes only.
